Document Signing
Send a document for signature and get back a sealed PDF — an advanced electronic signature, with each signatory verified by an emailed one-time code and every step written to an evidence log.
Sign-in and licensing are handled centrally by Acumon Intelligence. You will be asked to accept the product terms on first launch.
What it does
- Runs a signing ceremony for up to four signatories, each verified by a one-time code to their own email address.
- Seals the finished PDF with a real embedded signature that any PDF reader can verify, and appends an evidence page.
- Keeps an append-only evidence log of who did what, when, and from where, as reported by the calling product.
- Holds the sealing key in its own deployment, separate from the products that ask it to seal.
What it will not do
- It is an advanced electronic signature under UK eIDAS Article 26, not a qualified one, and every sealed document says so.
- It verifies control of an email address. It does not verify anyone's authority to bind a company.
- It never stores your document: it takes a hash when a ceremony opens and the bytes only at the moment of sealing.
- It sends no email of its own; the calling product delivers the one-time codes.
